Kelly Brown is a portrait photographer, specialising in newborn and baby portraiture.

Her nurturing desire to capture her family as it grows led to launching her business, Little Pieces of Photography, in 2004. She has since travelled the world speaking at events and teaching newborn posing classes. In her quest to capture the little pieces of life, Kelly has photographed thousands of newborn babies throughout her career.

Kelly has a passion for creating a strong and sustainable newborn photography industry and to date has personally mentored thousands of photographers around the world. This passion for teaching led to the creation of The Baby Summit in 2014. This event quickly became the largest and most comprehensive photography conference for baby and family photographers in Australia & the USA.

To meet a growing international demand for training, Kelly then launched her own online education platform, dedicated to newborn photographers, in February 2017. newbornposing.com become the definitive resource for over 35,000 family photographers. In March 2021 Kelly took her global education to the next level and launched the membership site kellybrownonline.com, an innovative online education platform allowing you to stream all video tutorials. Kelly is a Grand Master of WPPI and a Fellow of SWPP. Her reputation as a creative professional with commitment to quality has seen her named a Canon Australia Master, Canson Infinity Ambassador and Graphistudio Ambassador.

Kelly’s awards are extensive and span the past 9 years. In this period, she has also Judged & Chaired many international photographic competitions. Kelly continually aims to push the boundaries of her art in regard to what is possible and aspires to continue creating images that tell a story.
